  • N. Kasthuripriya’s study on trends in social media optimization (SMO) and their impact on brand engagement was funded by AMBC Technologies with INR 0.3 million for 0.25 years in 2018-19.
  • N. Kasthuripriya’s research on the adoption of automation in fabrication machinery and its impact on efficiency gains in construction received INR 0.5 million from RCC Engineering for 0.5 years in 2018-19.
  • N. Kasthuripriya received INR 0.3 million from Indira Medical College for her comparative study of different teaching methods in paramedical training programs, lasting 0.25 years in 2018-19.
  • N. Kasthuripriya’s project on assessing the effectiveness of security protocols in cash pick-up and delivery services was funded by Radiant Cash Management Services with INR 0.5 million for 0.5 years in 2018-19.
  • N. Kasthuripriya received INR 3.77 million from Radiant Cash Management Services for her study on the impact of digital transformation on retail business models, lasting 1 year in 2018-19.
  • N. Kasthuripriya’s research on evaluating port efficiency and logistics for streamlined trade operations received INR 0.3 million from Bismi Imports and Exports for 0.25 years in 2018-19.
  • N. Kasthuripriya received INR 0.3 million from Sri Ponnaiyah Ramajayathammal Educational and Charitable Trust for her study on investigating the role of technology in enhancing educational access for rural areas, lasting 0.25 years in 2018-19.
  • N. Kasthuripriya’s project on building a basic light intensity measurement device for LED flood lights using DIY sensors was funded by Suhas Engineering with INR 0.5 million for 0.5 years in 2018-19.

  • S. Radhakrishnan (Reg. No: 151610406) registered for his Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. Selvan KG in 2015 and completed his research in 2021, receiving the award of Ph.D.

FACULTIES AWARDED:

  • K.G. Selvan from the Management Department was awarded the Innovation Ambassador award by the MHRD – Institution Innovation Council (Govt of India) under AICTE for his contributions to innovation in the year 2020-2021.
  • In the year 2018-2019, Dr. K.G. Selvan also received the Best Manager Award from Gandhigram Cooperative for his excellence in technology transfer

  • In the 2022-2023 period, Dr. K. Rajalakshmi from the Management department received an honorarium of ₹252,000 for consultancy services from NPC Org Pvt Ltd as part of a National Research project.
  • In the 2022-2023 period, Dr. S. Venkatesh from the Management department received an honorarium of ₹264,000 for consultancy services from NPC Org Pvt Ltd as part of a National Research project.
  • In the 2021-2022 period, Dr. K.G. Selvan from the Management department received an honorarium of ₹384,000 for consultancy services from SUN Engineering Company as part of a National Research project.
  • In the 2021-2022 period, Dr. K.G. Selvan from the Management department received an honorarium of ₹68,000 for consultancy services from INDO FAB, Engineers Fabricators & Erectors as part of a National Research project.
  • In the 2019-2020 period, Dr. T. J. Jayasholan from the Management department received an honorarium of ₹460,800 for consultancy services from Vairavan Ramanathan, SUN Engineering Company (located at 2F-Sipcot Industrial Estate, Pudukottai-2) as part of a National Research project.
